We work very hard to make sure we are offering the absolute best prices online for relaxation products. If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us please let us know and we try to match or beat their price. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering today.

If you find that our website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within the last 30 days of your purchase date we will also refund the difference.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website or our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process your partial refund amount with no hassle.

Our Low Price Guarantee has some limitations:

• You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee.
• Product must be a exact match of model #, features, and any warranty.
• Promotions, rebates and buy one get one free offers are not eligible.
• The item must be in stock on the competitors website the same day.
• The item can not be discontinued, clearanced or a "sold as is" item.
• The competitor must be an online store only -they can not have a retail location. This is due to the fact most brick and mortar stores get different manufacturer pricing when they sell in physical stores.
• The website can not be a discounter or auction website such as eBay, overstock, Walmart, etc.
• The competitor must be an official Authorized Retailer of the product.
• The competitor must not be in violation of a minimum advertised price policy set by the manufacture.
• The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping cost, but it excludes sales tax.
